The vacuum component of the process is the removal of air that occupies the
migration path commonly known as porosity in cast or pressed metals.

A fully automatic Vacuum Pressure Impregnation System consists
of Impregnation Chamber and Resin Storage Tank 1 No. Individual
pumping system for impregnation system or single Vacuum Pumping System for both

condenser / oil chilling system, water reserve tank and condenser in-between.
Fully programmable variable vacuum system can be added as an option to enable

The valves enable rough, medium and high/ultrahigh vacuum work in a wide range
of applications.
GVP's manually operated Needle Valves are suited for
admitting defined, clearly reproducible gas streams into a vacuum chamber.
Needle Valve consists of a Brass housing a regulating needle of stainless steel
and a valve seat made of Brass. In closed position, the needle is passed
against the conical valve seat by a pressing spring. The needle moves in the
axial direction. It is coupled to the actuating knob over a ball bearing.
Application:
Needle Valves are suited for admitting defined,
clearly reproducible gas streams into a vacuum chamber.
Butterfly valves are the most efficient and reliable
sealing Isolation valve mechanism under high vacuum working conditions. A
vacuum seal provided around the plate periphery in the main body of the valve
ensures fail proof working of the valve. For efficient working of the valve it
is advised to ensure that the sealing plates are facing atmosphere.Butterfly
Valves are of small in terms of thickness which ensures easy and faster passage
for air and gases and are ideally suited for "In-line" isolation
purpose. Though the butterfly valve is not intended to be used as an
independent valve, it is widely used as a Baffle Valve in union with a chevron
baffle at the top of a Diffusion Pump. These Butterfly Valves are offered in
stainless steel SS-304 non-magnetic AISI quality high carbon steel chromium
plated construction and they can be manually or pneumatically operated as per
customer choice.
Application:
Butterfly Valves are of small in
terms of thickness which ensures easy and faster passage for air and gases and
are ideally suited for "In-line" isolation purpose.
GVP's Gate valves have high conductance, and
fabricated out of stainless steel SS 304, are designed for reliability and for
use as in-line chamber isolation valves and load lock applications. These Gate
valves are fitted with Neoprene "O" rings as standard and optionally
viton o "O" rings are offered. Viton sealed valves can be baked up to
150 Deg.c under normal mode. These Gate valves undergo stringent leak detection
tests on a Helium Mass Spectrometer for leak tightness up to 10-10 STD
cc/second. HHVGate Valves are offered in several models and can be operated in
both electro pneumatic as well as manual modes. Gate Valves are used
immediately above the mouth of a diffusion pump or above the water-cooled
baffles. The closure between the two sides is made by the movement of a
horizontal plate in its own plane, the seal being an elastomeric. These valves
are made in sizes of 1", 2", 4", 6", 8", 10",
20" sizes as a standard product.

use as in-line chamber isolation valves and load lock applications.

electric feed through is the type of current and voltage for which it will be
used and the requirements it will have to satisfy with respect to vacuum
tightness and temperature resistance. The manufacturing processes for feed

with ceramic insulation offer greater mechanical stability and temperature

ceramic feed through are superior to glass feed through for high voltages and
high performance. Only rigid metal-to-ceramic connections should be considered
for the most rigorous electrical, thermal and vacuum technology requirements.
The voltage level must be taken into
account for electric feed through, because gas discharges and flashover can
occur in the vacuum if there are small clearances between conductors with high
voltage differentials. In the vulnerable pressure range between 10-3 und 10
mbar, appropriate clearances must be provided between high-voltage conductors.

combination. Cascading with condenser / oil chilling system, water reserve tank
